These drugs are mostly subsequent to that things that save us alivebut always in their capacity and never full of life excitement to fullest as it should belived.

If we prepare and dont wait for the doctor to tell us wehave high blood pressure or at risk for heart disorder (And even afterwards but thatis unconventional article).

We have two choices (Both of these require moderate exerciselike a walk all further morning at least):

  1. Getting off all the processed food and eating a diet of mostly raw food (51% is optimal fruits and veggies), in the same way as combined grains, fish and natural sugars.
  2. Or eating a decent healthy diet, laying off the processed food as much as realistic and eating more salad. Plus supplementation afterward Omega 3 and Resveratrol improvement a solid multi vitamin for everything else.

Either one of these and you can emphasis heart sickness since itstarts. So what are you waiting for?
