But thats not our concern at least not in this article. Its your job as a overseer to keep your employees focused on finding extra ways to save customers glad and to see for difficulty areas that bump customers hence you can prevent problems in the future.

Its no unidentified that you and your employees are going to have suffering customers, but its your liability to save your employees focused upon the fact that they have a job for one and unaccompanied one explanation to give support to the customer. Without customers, no one has a job.

Keep employees focused upon whats important. The fine news is that YOU are the one who decides whats important.
